Terms of Use
Effective October 26, 2026
Please read the following terms before using the service. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
The service is a free web app that records the time you spend studying or working and shows it by coloring in squares of graph paper. You can use it as a guest without signing up, or sign in with a Google account to save your records to an account.
2. Accounts
- You sign in with a Google account. Keeping your Google account secure is your responsibility.
- You can delete your account at any time from the settings page. Deleting it removes the account and all its records for good.
- If you are a minor, get a parent's or guardian's consent before using the service.
3. Your data
- The records, category names and other content you enter belong to you. The operator handles them only as needed to provide the service.
- Guest data is kept only in your browser. If it is lost, for example because browser data was cleared or a device broke, the operator cannot restore it.
- See the Privacy Policy for how information is handled.
4. What is not allowed
When using the service, you must not:
- Break the law or act against public order and morals
- Infringe the rights or interests of the operator, other users or anyone else
- Put excessive load on the service's servers or network, or access them without permission
- Access the service in bulk by automated means
- Click the ads shown in the service fraudulently, or encourage others to click them
- Use the contact form to send spam or unrelated content
- Pretend to be someone else
- Interfere with running the service
- Do anything else the operator considers inappropriate
5. Ads
The service shows third-party ads, such as those from Google AdSense. The operator is not responsible for the content of ads or for any dealings on sites you reach through them; those are between you and the advertiser.
6. Changing, pausing or ending the service
The operator may change the service, or pause or end it, without notice. If the service is to end, we will announce it in the service in advance where possible.
7. Restricting use
If you break the Terms, the operator may restrict your use of the service or delete your account without notice.
8. Intellectual property
The rights to the service's software, design, text, images, sounds and other content belong to the operator or their rightful owners. You may not copy, republish or modify them beyond what the law allows.
9. Disclaimers
- The operator does not guarantee that the service is free of defects, that your records will never be lost, or that it suits any particular purpose.
- The operator is not liable for any damage arising from using, or being unable to use, the service, except where caused by the operator's intent or gross negligence.
- The operator is not liable for damage caused by outages or changes in outside services such as Google and Supabase.
10. Changes to the Terms
The operator may change the Terms when needed. Changed Terms take effect when posted on this page. Using the service after a change means you agree to it.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
The Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute about the service falls under the exclusive jurisdiction, in the first instance, of the district court with jurisdiction over the operator's place of residence.
12. Contact
